It should be read alongside our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

3How We Use Your Information
We use the information above only to operate and provide the Service, specifically to:
- create and authenticate your account, including via Google Sign-In;
- store and display your portfolio data back to you, and run the calculations you request;
- process subscription payments and manage your plan through Stripe;
- enforce the property limits associated with your subscription tier;
- respond to support requests you submit; and
- maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service.
We do not use your portfolio data for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
4Google User Data
If you choose to sign in with Google, we request only the basic profile scopes needed to create and authenticate your account (your name, email address, and Google account identifier). We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service, and we do not use Google user data for any purpose other than sign-in and account identification.
5How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe — to process subscription payments and manage billing. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive only your subscription status and plan.
- Google — to authenticate you if you use Google Sign-In.
- Netlify and Neon (PostgreSQL) — our hosting and database providers, who store the application's data on our behalf as part of operating the Service.
Each account's portfolio data is isolated in our database and is not visible to other users. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service, our users, or others.
6Data Retention
We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account remains active, so that the Service can continue to work as expected. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained in case you choose to return; if you would like your account and data deleted, contact us using the details in Section 9.
7Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords, using industry-standard hosting infrastructure, and isolating each account's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8Your Choices
You can review and update your portfolio data at any time within the app. You can export your data using the Service's built-in export function, as described in our Terms. To request deletion of your account or data, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us as described below.
